A sketchy day out in Auckland — Part 2

What a superb day to go to not 1, but 2 events on one day. This leg was with the Urban Sketchers Auckland meeting in the afternoon. 

I thought that having passed by this old building for so many years would make it easier to draw, but of course you don't really see a place properly until you sit down and try to draw it. Quite a fun challenge to draw while sheltering from the sun under the veranda of a villa across the road...
