Why sketch?

Couldrey House, Wenderholm Regional Park

Have been to Wenderholm a few times over the years and had no idea this place even existed tucked a few minutes away from the beach behind some bush, nikau palms and an enormous old magnolia tree. It started life in 1857 as a cottage and got built on through the years, so it's an Edwardian/Victorian combination. Fully furnished and open to visits too, check out their website for open hours.
