The Barnacle Bar, Bryan's Beach

Built in the sand on the beach above the high tide mark, the Barnacle Bar is great place to stop and shelter from the sun for a while. Built by locals using driftwood, nikau fronds, bamboo and decorated with various bits of flotsam and jetsam. Old bouys, signs, flags and even a couple of battered looking boogie boards decorate. Bring your own refreshments.
