EMC Puch NZ record holder


Visited an interesting motorbike workshop/cafe yesterday! Carbon Garage in Newmarket is full of interesting motorbikes and serves a pretty nice lunch too. This an EMC Puch 'twingle' (2 pistons fitted inside one chamber) that broke the NZ speed record at the Cemetery circuit in the 50's.

Very nice sketch of the bike! Were there anymore in storage at the workshop? I'd love to see what else they had available because bikes are some sort of an interst of mine - not that the wife would actually let me get any for myself, but hey, I can still look at the ones on display yeah?
